owl always be yr friend........

monica taught us how to make this STUNNING owl in a mixed media canvas class yesterday. we made a HUGE mess, used a toiletroll, corrugated board, TIM HOLTZ, Golden and Ranger products and had a BLAST!!!

here is a close up of the leaves. cuttlebug embossing folder embossing leaves done with Grungepaper, distress inks, as well as distress embossing powders. just look at that!

here is a close up of my little owl.............isn't she cute!! various ribbons stitched together to make the little body. just look at the little feet, wings, ears, beak and eyes!!!
