tombow marker coloured stamped card.....

i made this card for Erica's birthday. very plain and simple. got the frame stamp from Paola a few years ago, and used my terrribly neglected Tombow markers to colour the stamp, misted it with water and then stamped it. the Bible Verse was stamped with Jet Black Archival ink over it. i edged the stamped piece of paper with Vintage photo Distress ink. had some of Tim Holtz's printed music wax paper that i glimmer misted and tore for a bit of dimension. punched the scallop from white cardstock, coloured it with my lilac Tombow pen, and wet it. dried it with the heat gun, and added pearls. layered two REALLY OLD flowers from my stash, added the vintage button and punched the leaves with my EK Success leaf punch. i then stamped the base of a 6 x 6 card with a script stamp until it was covered, and added the "topper" to the card. i do hope she likes it!

well, Easter has come and gone - i am so thankful for this date - the greatest Deed done in History - God's only Son on a Cross for all our sins, and an empty grave - Death defeated! have a very Blessed week and if the load gets to heavy - you know Who to turn to! xx
