Toy Box Layout

 

from the moment i saw this gorgeous Carta Bella Collection, i knew i had to find photos to use it with! as i don't have children, i begged Lizel for some photos and i was thrilled when she brought me a few discs with photos and one of them had photos of her little boys' first birthday!!!

 i kept the layout very simple - no strange techniques so that it would be easy for any mom/granny to scrap.  i just punched a border from one of the papers to add a little softness to the lines and for my title i cut one of the 6 x 4 journaling cards out and raised it.

 i used the patterns that i thought complimented the photos - these papers have dinosaurs, toy soldiers, little aeroplanes and so much more...  it really is a collection you can use for so many of your little one's memories!

 as you know, i love Nuvo Crystal drops - and i did not have yellow rhinestones, so i just made my own enamel dots using the Nuvo Crystal Drops.  They really are fool proof - best product to make enamel drops or any kind of drops in my opinion!

so, little man - i hope you will dream big and that one day you will page through your album and remember this time of innocence and FUN!!!
