beautiful girls

i had two very eager young students in the shop today, and Tarien did a wonderful job of teaching them! this is Julina and her "avontuur" ( adventure) page. she is only 8 and has been scrapping for almost a year! very independent, and did EVERYTHING herself!

our second student was Samantha from Krugersdorp, who is almost 10 and has been scrapping for about 3 years. She has very definite ideas of what she wants! as she is already so accomplished, Tarien had her hands full trying to teach her a new technique or two - she knows most tricks in the book!! she loves her little cousin and made a great page about him!

here is Sammie's close up. the girls were a treat and i was very proud of them! they really are dedicated and better students than some of my adults! at least they FINISH their layouts! LOL!Posted by Picasa

How fantastic! I wish I had started scrapbooking earlier, so these 2 girls have a great start!! I used my Slice to cut out the title of my Swim layout, as well as the 2 leaves that appear on the page. The design card is the Think Pink one, it is stunning!! Hope you have a fantastic weekend my friend. Wish I could visit you at your shop and come and scrap with you!!

i did have my hands full, thanx to these 2 girls!! but i enjoyed it a lot and will do it again anytime!!
