celebrating good advice........

i am usually the one giving advice. 99,999999% of the time. i just do and people ask me. i got some good, unsolicited,but desperately needed advice from a very good friend yesterday, and i took it in a heartbeat. and now i am celebrating! i colored this stunning Tilda last night, and finished the card tonight.

she was colored with my Derwent inktense pencils and blended with the Derwent blender pencil. love that thing - it really intensifies the color. i added some glossy accents, stickles and puffed her boots' edges with Marvy puff paint.

the white detail was added with my Bombay India Ink in white and a real ink pen. love that stuff - it is so opaque! really adds brilliant definition. the paper is from the company that sponsored us at Scrap and Stamp this week (GORGEOUS paper - has a stunning texture and a shimmer to it - almost a linen feel). hope you like her - it was a great card to make!!!
