and the winner is........

no winner!! almost close, but no cigar! ok, bloggers, here goes..........i blended the whole background with Scattered Straw and Frayed Burlap. then i took quite a while to figure out what to do. i then did the waterdrops and dried them with the heat gun. then i stamped the corner with clear distress ink. i added walnut stain distress powder ( thinking that the card is dry, i covered half the card in the powder). when i tried to shake the powder off, THE POWDER STUCK TO THE PLACES WHERE THERE WAS STILL INK, AND WHERE THE WATERDROPS WERE, IT RESISTED. i could not believe my eyes. i covered the whole background, heated it, and VOILA!! wow. i was blown away. try it. it is really awesome as it happens in front of your eyes!!!
