a fun card!!!

i had so much fun making this card! green, blue and orange are some of my favourite colours to use together, and although brown replaced the blue here, i was still happy making the card! very plain and simple - coloured Tilda with my Colleen soft pencils, blended with OMS. i then added some glossy accents to the shoes and some orange stickles to the bow in her hair and the floating thingies. the 4 circles were punched and then i drew some stitched spirals on them and added the buttons. i layered them in various heights. the scallop circles that you see peeking out on the left was punched with my new HUGE scallop punch, i have been eyeing that punch for a long time now, and yesterday at the sale in the shop it was marked down to fit my budget! so i grabbed the second last one quickly! LOVE IT!!

i took a piece of old dictionary paper and used my Tim Holtz mini mask on it sprayed with home made glimmer mist - peeled paint reinker and kiwi perfect pearl in my mini mister. i did the faux stitching around all the elements and stamped the sentiment with Versafine black. i love this card! i hope you do too! please let me know if you do! i had some suggestions to turn off my word verification - i did that, and received so many spam comments, that i had to turn it back on. sorry! i am going to enter this card into a few challenges:
