a cuttlebug birthday bash!

the shop had it's first birthday yesterday! i cannot believe that it has been open for a whole year! (read about the opening here.) we were so fortunate to have 2 cuttlebugs and several other great giveaways sponsored by two of our suppliers, the wholesaler and RSE. among the prizes were 2 cuttlebugs sponsored by the wholesaler. one of our very passionate customers who has been vying for a cuttlebug for some time now, was the lucky winner! here she is with Donsie! congratulations, Esperanza!

here Donsie is busy with the 11am cuttlebug draw. it was a perfect day in Jeffreys, so we let the clients leave their till slips in a bag, and they could go enjoy the perfect weather. of course there were some ladies who were way to anxious to find out who won what! they did not leave the shop until the morning draw was finished!
