12 tags of Christmas

hello all!! well, yes, i know i have been missing. thank you to everyone who has been asking where i am - i am alive and kicking!! we have just been so busy with the new online store, that there was literally no time to be creative, and now i am experiencing withdrawal symptoms!!! after the launch of the site on Friday, i took a day to recover, and jumped right into Tim's 12 Tags on Sunday!! i must say that it is really hard for me this year - he is using alot of items that are not yet available locally, but after i got out of "website" mode and into "creative" mode, i was able to make two tags! i am quite happy with the way they turned out in the end, although i think it was the most effort i had ever put into two tags!

i firmly agree with what Tim says - you have to make do with what you have. improvise and make it your own! no use in just being a copy cat! ( also nothing wrong with it as long as you are having FUN!!!) we carry most of the items i used in stock, we are also running a 20% discount on Ranger and Tim Holtz products in store until 31 December - online only! we are also running a competition in conjunction with Scrap Affairs where you can win Tim Holtz/Ranger products worth over R3000!!! also remember that The Wholesaler competition is also still running - loads of people have already won prizes - you could be next!! hope you enjoy your week and please visit our online shop for HUGE specials if you have a chance!! happy crafting!!

I am trying to recreate his as close as possible to the original as I am teaching them in JHB on the 17th...also struggling with not having the dies or stamps needed, so far lots of hand cutting required!
