One World One Heart EVENT!!!!

PLEASE NOTE - YOU HAVE TO PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU BLOG TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRIZE - WE ARE SUPPOSED TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER! JUST ONE SENTENCE IS FINE.............
well, i have now been blogging for 6 months, and i have decided to take part in the One World One Heart Blog event. this is an international event where you get to know people from all over the world. it was started in 1997 by Lisa Swifka, to bring together bloggers from all over the world - enabling people to meet each other - people who would not normally meet. there will be give aways on all the blogs, but that is not the main reason why you should enter. i am opening my give away to active bloggers only, and to be eligible you have to leave a comment with an active link to your blog and tell me why you blog. (sorry non-bloggers, i will still have that candy when i reach 5000 hits!!!) i will be closing my event on the 12th of February - and the winner will be randomly picked and anounced on 15 February 2010. I WILL ALSO BE GIVING AWAY EVERY CARD I MAKE AND BLOG ABOUT IN THE PERIOD LEADING UP TO THE 15th. i would have loved to have had a more exciting post with carpets swaying in the wind, but my computer skills are so limited - a picture of the prize is the best i can do!!! maybe next year i will be more advanced!!

I feel really bad about using a copy and paste canned comment, but I have over 500 more stops to make all today & I still have to stop to make dinner and things like that.

Each and every stop I make is an individual piece given to the OWOH event from the kindness & fun spirit of an individual person. I wish I could continue to comment individually:)

Greetings from Maine. I am more of a writer or at least I think of myself that way. Of course I love to show my treasures found at Goodwill or at lawnsales, as well as my decorating skills.
