freestyle layout

hello everyone!! i read an article in a scrapbook magazine about different styles of scrapping. i realised that i did not really have a specific STYLE, but also that i had never done a plain background and used NO patterned paper at all, just stamps etc. so, i decided to try my hand at FREESTYLE!!

i first chose a photo and i lightly traced the size onto the white cardstock. i then randomly stamped some of my swirl stamps in different colours - i tried to pick up SOME of the colours in the photo, but i did not really care - it was FREESTYLE!! i then glued the photo down and started embellishing! any which way! i know that it is probably against ALL scrapbooking and artistic rules, but i really LOVED doing the layout, it was quick and alot of fun! i am still not sure if i have a style, i really liked this, but i also like linear, vintage, cleanline, traditional etc etc etc.............i love them all!!
