Tim Holtz Tag #9

hello all!! sorry i was MIA for a while - had some bad news - my dear husband has to go for an emergency neck operation on Tuesday, so needless to say my life got turned slightly upside down the past few days!! but, everything has now been arranged and he is going to visit his brother today and tomorrow so i might be able to catch up on the last few tags!!
i actually started this tag on Wednesday, and then everything happened, so it is already nicely matured!!
this is no 9 - i don't have the film strip ribbon - i don't even think it is available in South Africa, so i used a chipboard film strip that i embossed with Black Soot Distress Embossing Powder. i also don't have the metal foliage, but once again used Tim's Holly stamp and added some red beads this time. also no type key charms - but i had these alphabet brads that i painted with the Snow Cap Paint Dabber and then just cleaned the letters off with an ear bud! the little chain is just a piece from a longer one also from the bead store. the 25 was also once again chipboard numbers that were embossed with Platinum UTEE and then Ranger Silver Superfine. two hammered brads to each number finishes that off. i did not have the stamps Tim used, so i just used some similar ones. hope you like it and i will be back later with another tag!!
